Information Evening
This evening covers a range of topics including how stress affects our body, how NSA works and the seasons of wellbeing. We encourage you to come along to one of these evenings and you are welcome to bring friends and family. This will be a great evening whether you are just curious about Network care or are already receving care and would like to know more about it.
SRI Workshops
Somato-Respiratory Integration workshops cover fantastic exercises incorprating breath, movement, focus and touch in relation to the 12 stages of healing. The 'Discover' workshop covers stages 1 to 3 of SRI and the 'Transform' workshop covers stages 4 to 7. No prior knowledge of SRI is required to attend the Discover workshop.
Re-organisational Living
This workshop teaches you how to make effective changes in your life and how to take yourself to a more resourceful state of being. We learn about the triad of change: perception, behaviour and structure and hlep you to determine your own personal triad.
